Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to the Home Assurance Program 2025 organised by Subharambh Foundation Jaipur. Please read carefully before making any payment.

1. Membership Fee is Non-Refundable

The membership fee of ₹2,100 is a one-time fee and is non-refundable. Once payment is successfully completed, cancellation is not permitted.

2. Failed or Pending Payments

If your payment is debited from your account but the status shows failed/pending on the website, please wait for bank/gateway updates. If the issue remains, contact support with transaction details.

3. Duplicate Payments

In case of duplicate payment, the Foundation may review the request on a case-by-case basis. You must share proof of duplicate transactions for verification.

4. Chargebacks / Disputes

Any chargeback or dispute raised with the bank/payment provider may lead to temporary suspension of membership benefits until resolution, subject to applicable rules.
