Delivery Policy

This Delivery Policy explains the delivery process for assured benefits under the Home Assurance Program 2025. Delivery is subject to eligibility, availability, and logistics.

1. Delivery Timeline

Assured benefits (including gift items, if applicable) are generally processed and dispatched within 15 working days from successful membership confirmation, subject to availability and operational conditions.

2. Delivery Mode

Delivery may be completed through courier/logistics partners or authorized service providers. Tracking details may be shared where applicable.

3. Address Responsibility

Members must provide correct and complete address details. The Foundation is not responsible for delivery delays due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

4. Delivery Delays

Delivery timelines may vary due to location, stock availability, courier delays, weather, or other operational reasons.

5. Damaged / Missing Items

If you receive a damaged item or missing package, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery along with photos and order/member details.
